For students of the University of Twente, dept. Management & Technology, I give guest lectures for "leadership". The students have prepared themselves through literature and formulated questions. Evening classes management and organization at the SWOT
During 10 years I acted as a teacher evening classes, next to my normal day-to-day job in management positions within Philips. I started with some technical classes, but changed over to management and organization. Classes where given to professionals aging 20 to 50 years with basis knowledge on bachelors level. The discussions with professionals, all having their own experiences in organizational matters, I experienced as very inspiring. It was an enlighting experience to combine daily practice with the educational perspective.
