b e c is the consultancy agency that I founded in 2005. The purpose is to use my accumulated experience also after my retirement for useful purposes. My drive is to contribute to the exiting world of entrepreneurship and meet a variety of people in their work. I focus preferably on small and medium sized companies in high-tech environments. In many cases I can add value by elucidate the issues from a different perspective

The activities I focus on through b e c are:

• boards - board memberships, administration, and consultancy relations on a permanent base
• education – teaching, presentations and guest lectures
• consultancy – advising, personal coaching, acting as sparring partner and projects

b e c can operate fully independently. As I have no binding with any organization after my retirement, I have my hands free to structure my work in an objective way and keep my own judgment of affairs.

b e c works on a commercial base, of course. Only for young starting entrepreneurs I regularly make an exception. I like to help them by reviewing their plans. Criterion for this is that I have affinity with their person or their business plan.
